Marinate in God's Love
Many women want to love God deeply, yet feel exhausted, anxious, or disconnected inside. They serve faithfully, care for others, and try to “do faith well,” but underneath the activity and distractions, there is often a quiet ache—a sense that rest, peace, and emotional wholeness remain just out of reach.
Marinate invites women to slow down and learn how to receive God’s love rather than strive for it. Using the accessible metaphor of marinating, the book and companion workbook show how lasting transformation happens when we rest deeply in God’s presence.
Written by a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with decades of experience, Marinate integrates biblical truth, attachment-based understanding, and trauma-informed care in a warm, pastoral tone. Each chapter includes reflection questions and practices, making the book ideal for personal reading, women’s groups, retreats, and ministry settings.
